The Central Valley of California is home. My roots run deep in this valley, growing up here
with my grandparents and parents, and now my own children raised in the valley. It gives
me great pleasure to be able to help others live in a better neighborhood, and a quality
home with their families.
Background
I have been in the construction industry for the past 30 years. My focus has been
plastering and remodeling homes. I have been in business as a California General
Contractor since 1984, living and working in California.

Born in Modesto, Ca, I have always loved this valley. The hard working people, cultivating
our rich soil, making this a better place to live, and raise our children. Now it is my turn, to
help others fulfill their desire to obtain "The American Dream of Home Ownership", one
home at a time.
Background
I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1988, as a Mortgage Banker specializing in
FHA, VA, RD, First Time Home Buyer, and Conventional Programs.
Accomplishments/Awards
As a Loan Officer I was the first in Kern County, CA to present the community with Down
Payment Assistance Programs, and to assist the County of Kern in developing their own
down payment assistance program. I have been used as an educator for Rural
Development Department in Poteau, Ok, providing information on available loans promoting
home ownership.
